gemistaThe 2017 cooking classes, an Ithacan Historical Society initiative, were a great success.

Due to popular demand, cooking classes at the Clubrooms will be held throughout 2018.

We are planning the following cooking demonstrations:

  • Sunday April 15- Yemista (stuffed vegetables)
  • Sunday June 17 - Dips and tiropites (cheese pies)
  • Sunday October 21 - Kourabiethes (Powdered sugar shortbread biscuits)
