to learn how to make traditional Ithacan and Greek dishes.
Join us in the first of a series of cooking
classes where you can learn how to make
A light lunch will be served.
$10 per person
Theodora (Beba) Pappas, an expert Ithacan cook, will demonstrate how to make FINIKIA
from a recipe handed down from her aunt Katerini Lekatsas-Athanitis.
Participants will be able to take home a sample of their FINIKIA.
Numbers are limited to 10 people to enable hands on participation.
If demand for places is high, we will schedule additional classes before the end of the year.
