At the Clubrooms
Theodora (Beba) Pappas, an expert Ithacan cook, will demonstrate how to make FINIKIA
from a recipe handed down from her aunt Katerini Lekatsas-Athanitis.
Participants will be able to take home a sample of their FINIKIA.
A light lunch will be served.
