Ithacan Recipes - Australian Memories
A project of the Ithacan Historical Society of Victoria funded by the Ithacan Philanthropic Society Melbourne.
We hope this compilation of Ithacan recipes will serve to preserve our culinary heritage for future generations.
This unique recipe book includes not only traditional Ithacan recipes but also evocative images of our beautiful island of Ithaca and of Ithacan settlers in Melbourne dating back to the early 1900s. The publication will appeal to anyone interested in traditional Ithacan fare.

It's being passed around at the moment because there is tremendous interest in it. Get some copies over here for the tourist shops. It will sell like hotcakes. Locals want it, too.
